Shipping Policy

Gold City Fragrance Collection ships worldwide and processes all orders within 3–4 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, seasonal volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Gold City Fragrance Collection is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. This includes any applicable apartment, suite, or unit number. Orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address will not be refunded or re-shipped at the expense of Gold City Fragrance Collection.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@goldcityfragrancecollection.com. After this window, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If further assistance is needed, inquiries may be directed to support@goldcityfragrancecollection.com, and the matter will be escalated with the shipping provider when possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for incorrect products or damage sustained during delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to info@goldcityfragrancecollection.com, and must include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
