Refund policy

Scent is a personal experience, which is why detailed descriptions and scent notes are provided for all products to help inform purchasing decisions. Gold City Fragrance Collection does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once sold.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have shipped.

Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully. Claims for incorrect products or damage sustained during delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to info@goldcityfragrancecollection.com and must include clear photographic proof.
