Gold City Fragrance Collection was created to elevate spaces with heavenly scents and uplift faith through the Word of God. Each product is inspired by the gospel and includes a scripture reference, offering an experience that goes beyond aroma, inviting peace, reflection, and spiritual clarity.

The collection includes hand-poured candles, carefully crafted with close attention to detail. The wax blend is custom-formulated with a majority of soy for a clean burn and a small amount of paraffin for a smooth finish and excellent hot throw. All essential and fragrance oils used are phthalate-free for a safe and satisfying burn.

RETURN POLICY

Scent is a personal experience, which is why detailed descriptions and scent notes are provided for all products to help inform purchasing decisions. Gold City Fragrance Collection does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once sold.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. This includes any applicable apartment, suite, or unit number.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@goldcityfragrancecollection.com. After this window, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully. Claims for incorrect products or damage sustained during delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to info@goldcityfragrancecollection.com, and must include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

SHIPPING POLICY

Gold City Fragrance Collection ships worldwide and processes all orders within 3–4 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, seasonal volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Gold City Fragrance Collection is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. This includes any applicable apartment, suite, or unit number. Orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address will not be refunded or re-shipped at the expense of Gold City Fragrance Collection.

Lost or Delayed Packages
